Return/ Refund
最正确且迅速的方式为:
在收到产品后的30天内与我们联系,你可以通过livechat或者email,我们的客户会根据你的情况回复给你如何退货的详细信息。
请知悉,所有退换必须在产品完好、未磨损的原始状态下退回。
并请:
退回包裹时,请留下一张纸条。记录你的姓名、订单号、下单时使用的邮箱以及一个简短的笔记,用来描述退货原因,以便我们的仓库可以检查。
如果你的眼镜在退回的运输过程中丢失了,ZEESUPP会很难过的。
因此,建议通过可追踪的方法运送您的退货。
我们希望高效准确得提供给你需要的产品。如果产品的质量无法让你满意,那么你可以使用如下退换指南。
**365天的保修**
ZEESUPP提供365天的质量保证期(从收到产品之日起),包括基础的使用指导。本保证不包括因意外事故、人为疏忽或保养不当造成的损坏。
**30天换货和退货**
质量有问题的产品可以在收到后的30天内进行退换。对于收货已经超过30天的物品,我们不可能处理非质量问题的退换货请求;
如果下单时不小心选错参数,很抱歉我们不负责退换成本,请您自行退货;
如果您想换货,我们会在收到您退回的包裹后将新物品寄给您。请注意,新产品的价格应与原产品相同,如有差价,则需支付差价。

如果我们在处理订单时出现错误,例如送错物品、残次品,我们无条件提供预付的运费标签、补发或者全额退款;
**订单修改/取消**
如果您想更改/取消您的订单,请联系我们的ZEESUPP客户服务团队。
但是,对于任何修改/取消申请,如果项目已经在处理阶段,请参阅下面的图表,以查看作为处理费的额外费用。

**关于返回**
1. 请不要将退货寄到包裹上的寄件人地址,这不是退货地址,会影响您退货处理的时效和退款。您只应邮寄到我们客户服务部提供的地址。
2. 请确保您的退回包裹中没有ZEEZUPP提供范围之外的产品,我们不负责将这些物品退回给您。
3. 退货后,请与客户服务部联系,提供退货单号,以便我们尽快进行下一步处理。
**关于退款**
退款将按原付款方式发放。请理解由于支付平台的处理和审核机制,您的退款可能需要额外的3-7个工作日来处理。谢谢您的耐心和理解。
