365-day warranty
ZEESUPP provides a 365-day quality guarantee period (from the date of receipt of the product), including basic usage instructions. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, human negligence or improper maintenance.
30-day exchange and return
1. Products with quality problems can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. For items that have been received for more than 30 days, we cannot process non-quality return and exchange requests;
2. If you accidentally select the wrong parameters when placing an order, we are sorry that we are not responsible for the return and exchange costs, please return the product by yourself;
3. If you want to exchange the product, we will send the new item to you after receiving your returned package. Please note that the price of the new product should be the same as the original product. If there is a price difference, you need to pay the price difference.
4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

ZEESUPP Guarantee
If we make a mistake in processing the order, such as sending the wrong item or defective products, we unconditionally provide prepaid shipping labels, reissue or full refund;
Order Modification/Cancellation
If you want to change/cancel your order, please contact our ZEESUPP customer service team.
However, for any modification/cancellation request, if the item is already in the processing stage, please refer to the chart below to view the additional fees as processing fees.

About Returns
1. Please do not send returns to the sender address on the package, which is not the return address and will affect the timeliness of your return processing and refund. You should only mail to the address provided by our customer service department.
2. Please make sure that there are no products outside the scope of ZEEZUPP in your return package. We are not responsible for returning these items to you.
3. After the return, please contact the customer service department and provide the return order number so that we can proceed with the next step as soon as possible.
About Refunds
Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method. Please understand that due to the processing and review mechanism of the payment platform, your refund may take an additional 3-7 business days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If you have not received the refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, your refund may take some time to be officially released.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is released.
